The Toshiba Qosmio DX730 was announced at the IFA trade show Germany in September 2011 as the first all-in-one computer released by the company in Europe and borrows from the REGZA line of HDTVs. It features a 23" Full HD touchscreen display with multi-touch support that uses Toshiba's own Resolution+ image processing technology found in their REGZA line.

Buyers have the option of either a Pentium processor in the base model or an Intel Core i3 or i5 processor along with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 1TB of hard disk space, and it comes with a Blu-ray player and Onkyo speakers built-in. Freeview is also built-in which delivers television channels such as BBC, ITV, Channel 4 etc to those in Freeview coverage areas, and even though the mouse and keyboard are wireless, the computer has four USB 2.0 ports and two USB 3.0 ports for optimal connectivity. Also included are an SD card slot, microphone and headphone jacks, HDMI input and output, Ethernet/LAN input and antenna input for using the on board tv tuner.
